200 BHP GLANZA
This is my 1998 starlet Glanza. It currently produces 133bhp but I would like to increas this figure to
200bhp. It currently Rides on 16 inch Rims
To achieve 200bhp I will use a Garett T3 Turbo with A/R on the turbine side of 0.36 and
0.60 on the compressor side. I haved decided to use Garrett because of the numerous sources for parts along with different turbine and compressor sizes. This turbo uses a 0.48 A/R ratio on the exhaust housing and is capable of 250bhp.A .36 is required when using a tabular manifold.
You can get away with standard injectors if you use the emange ultimate. Your limited to 15psi at 7200rpm. 330cc injectors will run you at 80 percent dutyh cycle.Standard injectors will be on the boarder line of being maxed out.
A stock fuel pump can support 15psi on a 62 trim T3 Once the standard regulator is used the pump does not have to work too hard.
